A culinary discovery in the form of quick butterscotch puff pastry puddings.
| puff pastry (or croissants) 200 g |
| egg 1 egg |
| yolk 1 pc |
| cream (30%) 150 ml |
| toffees 6 pcs |
| butter 50 g |
| sugar 25 g |
| vanilla sugar 5 g |
| flour 1 tbsp. |
Step 1
Prepare the puffs. Dust the table with flour, roll out the dough, cut into pieces, place on a baking tray with parchment, brush with egg yolk. Bake at 170 degrees until browned, then let cool.
Step 2
Grease the molds with butter. Put the remaining butter in a saucepan and melt. Tear the puffs into pieces, pour the melted butter over them.
Step 3
Combine egg, plain and vanilla sugar, cream and mix.
Step 4
Put the puff pieces into molds, add chopped toffees, fill with egg and cream mixture and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170 degrees. Bon appetit!
