cottage cheese 300 g
sugar 25 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
egg yolk 2 pcs
wheat flour 30 g
raisins 30 g
vegetable oil 40 ml
sour cream 100 g
boiled condensed milk 70 g

Instructions


Step 1

Soak the raisins in boiling water, then pat dry.

Step 2

Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the yolks, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins and mix. If possible, let the curd dough rest for about 20 minutes. Then make it into a "sausage", cut it into 8 pieces.

Step 3

Form cheesecakes and fry them in oil until browned on both sides.

Step 4

For the topping, combine sour cream and condensed milk and beat with a mixer. Enjoy!
