baking soda 3 g
leavening agent 4 g
salt 3 g
nonfat kefir 250 ml
eggs 2-3 pcs
chilled melted butter 70 g
FRY CHICKEN:
chicken fillet 300 g
wheat flour 200 g
leavening agent 15 g
paprika 5 g
dried garlic 5 g
salt 10 g
kefir 200 ml
eggs 2 pcs
vegetable oil (for frying) 1 liter
SYRUP:
liquid honey 120 g
chili sauce 5 g
salt 2 g
black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare the chicken fries. Mix flour, salt, paprika, dried garlic, and leavening agent. Separately mix the kefir and eggs. Cut the chicken fillets into long slices and bread first in the flour mixture, then in the egg and kefir mixture and then in the flour mixture again. Leave for 10-15 minutes. After this time, deep-fry the chicken until browned.

Step 2

Prepare the pancakes. Mix sifted wheat flour with cornmeal, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Separately mix together the kefir, eggs and butter. Then combine both mixtures and knead the batter. Fry the pancakes in a greased pan until browned.

Step 3

Prepare the syrup. Mix honey, black pepper, salt and chili sauce. Serve pancakes with chicken fries and syrup.
