Puffy Odessa corn pancakes with pineapple and honey according to Andrei Dromov's recipe.

Ingredients


corn flour 300 g
sugar 20 g
eggs 4 pcs
leavening agent 15 g
milk 300 ml
canned pineapple 150 g
honey 40 g
salt pinch
mint leaves 5 g
vegetable oil 60 ml

Instructions


Step 1

Combine cornmeal with sugar and baking powder, add yolks, pour in milk and mix until smooth.

Step 2

Add salt to the egg whites and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Then mix into the dough.

Step 3

Fry the pancakes in a greased pan until browned on both sides.

Step 4

Combine diced pineapple, chopped mint leaves, honey in a bowl and serve with pancakes for tea. Enjoy.
