Spicy enchiladas with ground beef under a cheese crust

| canned red beans 400 g |
| fresh tomatoes 400 g |
| pelati tomatoes 400 g |
| hard cheese 250 g |

Step 1
Fry the minced meat until cooked through. Season with spices except oregano and salt. Add the chopped tomatoes, beans and rice. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Combine the pelati tomatoes with the oregano, salt and black pepper. Mix with a blender and pour the sauce into a ceramic dish.
Step 3
Place a quarter of the filling in each tortilla, sprinkle with the chopped onion and a third of the grated cheese. Roll the tortillas into tubes and place in the mold.
Step 4
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
