An original appetizer that will diversify your usual menu. The dish is easy to prepare with three basic products: dried meat, minced meat, cheese 🙌

minced meat 400 g |
onion 1 pc |
garlic 2 cloves |
milk 200 ml |
cheese 70 g |
vegetable oil 50 g |
salt, spices to taste |
Step 1
Pour milk over the breadcrumbs to soften them a little. Leave for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the onion and garlic cloves. Chop them finely, add them to the mince, salt and mix.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil on a baking tray, then place the dried bread.
Step 4
From the minced meat form balls and press them a little to form "mini-kotlets". Place on top of the dried meat.
Step 5
Grate cheese and also spread it on top of the minced meat.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius
