Step 1
Fry the crushed garlic in the oil. Add the minced garlic and fry for about 4 minutes.
Step 2
Then add the chopped mushrooms and fry together for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the soy sauce, put the tomato paste, season with sugar, salt, spices, and pour boiling water over everything. Stir.
Step 4
Wait for it to boil and put the noodles in the sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and leave it on the stove for 5 minutes.
