Chakhokhbili with chicken

Bright, spicy and moderately spicy, like Georgian temperament, chakhokhbili with chicken

Ingredients


chicken thigh flesh 1 kg
onions 300 g
skinned tomatoes 450 g
garlic 3-4 cloves
vegetable oil 50 ml
cilantro 10 g
parsley 10 g
basil 10 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
red pepper
hops

Instructions


Step 1

Cut chicken meat into large pieces and fry in vegetable oil. Add and fry the chopped onion. Then add diced tomatoes.

Step 2

Season with salt and black pepper, reduce the temperature to minimum and cook the stew under a closed lid for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Then add chopped cilantro, basil and garlic, season with red pepper, hmeli-suneli and mix. Cook at minimum temperature for another 5-7 minutes.

Step 4

Serve chakhokhbili sprinkled with chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
