| sugar 200 g |
| butter 100 g |
| FOR SPRINKLING BERRIES: |
| sugar 50 g |
Step 1
Wash and dry the berries. Peel the strawberries from their tails and cut into halves.
Step 2
Grind half of the rolled oats in a coffee grinder to flour.
Step 3
Mix the oat flour, cereal, butter and sugar in a bowl.
Step 4
Place the berries in the baking dish, sprinkle generously with the sugar and oatmeal mixture, then bake for 35 minutes at 165C.
