A quick and easy recipe for a popular English pastry — Crumble with Raspberries
| raspberries 500 g |
| flour 100 g |
| sugar 60 g |
| melted butter 100 g |
| salt |
| powdered sugar |
Step 1
Place fresh washed or thawed raspberries in a Clever Cooking baking dish.
Step 2
Mix the flour, sugar and butter with a pinch of salt and knead into a crumbly dough (preferably by hand).
Step 3
Spread the crumbly dough over the raspberries and bake for 20 minutes at 175°C in convection mode.
Step 4
Serve warm or sprinkle with powdered sugar after cooling.
