A dish born at the crossroads of cultures - a cheeze roll with ground beef

| Toasted cheddar cheese 150 g |
| ground beef 700 g |
| pickled cucumber 90 g |
| red onion 50 g |
| tomatoes 100 g |
| fat sour cream 400 g |
| eggs 3 pcs |
| homemade mayonnaise 80 g |
| BBQ sauce 80 g |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |

Step 1
Combine sour cream, 140 grams of grated cheese, eggs, salt, dried garlic and paprika. Stir.
Step 2
Cover a baking tray with parchment, pour the mixture on it and give it a rectangular shape, 1 cm thick. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 170 degrees. Then allow to cool slightly.
Step 3
Fry the minced meat in the oil. A few minutes before cooking, season it with salt, black pepper and dried onions.
Step 4
Cut the cucumber into circles, the tomato and red onion into semicircles.
Step 5
Combine mayonnaise and barbecue sauce, smear the cheese crust. Place the vegetables on it and evenly distribute the minced meat. Spread cheddar on top.
Step 6
Roll the crust into a roll, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 170 degrees for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
