Step 1
Fry the chopped onion, sweet pepper and garlic in olive oil. Put in the minced meat and stir-fry until browned. Add the soy sauce, water, mustard, ketchup, salt, black pepper, red pepper, sugar and stir-fry for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the buns in half, brush with butter and grill. Then place the stuffing on the bottom halves of the buns, cover with the top halves, press down slightly and serve. Enjoy.
