A spectacular, very juicy and very meaty Dromo-style irregular burger
| burger buns 2 pcs |
| ground beef (fatty) 800 g |
| red onion 100 g |
| toasted cheese 4 slices |
| pickles 80 g |
| fresh tomatoes 80 g |
| vegetable oil 20 ml |
| lettuce leaves 40 g |
| TO TASTE: |

| black pepper |
| paprika |
| grill seasoning |

| SOUCE: |
| mayonnaise 100 g |
| barbecue ketchup 50 g |
| pickles 30 g |
| red onion 20 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| grainy mustard 10 g |
Step 1
Chop most of the onion, combine with the minced meat, season with salt and spices. Mix and baste.
Step 2
Form 4 patties, brush with oil and fry until cooked through.
Step 3
Put a slice of cheese on each patty.
Step 4
Cut the buns in half and brown the bottom halves.
Step 5
Slice the tomatoes, remaining onion and cucumber.
Step 6
For the sauce, combine the chopped vegetables with the remaining ingredients.
Step 7
Form the burgers with the bun in the middle. Enjoy!
