Step 1
Fry the bacon.
Step 2
Chop the onion and mushrooms and fry in the oil. Then caramelize by adding sugar. Season with salt and pepper.

Put salt, pepper and dried garlic into the minced meat. Stir.

Form patties with a diameter slightly larger than the buns, make holes in the middle and fry until cooked.
