Buy only quality fresh buns, they largely determine how delicious your cheeseburgers will turn out.

Step 1
Chop the steak in a blender together with the onion, coriander and egg. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and form a cutlet. Fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Cut the bun lengthwise and heat. Place ketchup, mustard, pickles, cutlet, cheese, onion and tomato on one half of the bun. Cover with the other half.
Dasha likes mustard grains, but any mustard will do. You can add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the ketchup.
