| strawberries 400 g |
| powdered sugar 50 g |
| water 100 ml |
| lemon juice 2 tbsp. |

| BRIOSH BREAD: |
| milk 220 ml |
| egg yolks 4 pcs |
| butter (soft) 100 g |
| vanilla sugar 1 sachet |
| flour 500 g |
| sugar 4 tbsp. |
| salt 2/3 tsp. |
| dry yeast 5 g |
Step 1
Bake the bread in the bread maker by loading all the ingredients in order and setting the main program.
Step 2
Prepare the granita. To do this, peel the strawberries from the tails, cut them and put them in a blender bowl. Add powdered sugar, a little water and black pepper. Whisk to a smooth paste and pour into a wide container. Add the lemon juice and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours, stirring the granita occasionally with a fork.
Step 3
Spoon the granita into cremains, season with black pepper and serve with warm brioche bread for breakfast or simply as a snack during the day.
