Pasta casserole with cherries

A macaroni and cherry casserole that's great for breakfast.

Ingredients


shell-shaped pasta 0.5 kg
fresh frozen cherries 800 g
butter 40 g
salt to taste
FILLING:
eggs 3 pcs
egg yolks 3 pcs
wheat flour 80 g
cream (20%) 300 ml
sugar 160 g
vanilla sugar 20 g

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the pasta in salted water. Mix with butter and cherries.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients for the filling, mix.

Step 3

Grease a mold with butter. Place the pasta with cherries in it, pour the filling and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. Bon appetit!
