Burgers popular in the US, but not the classic burgers, but with bean patties - for vegetarians

| red boiled beans 220 g |
| tomato 1 pc |
| Toasted cheddar cheese 4 slices |
| lettuce 2 leaves |
| bread crumbs 120 g |
| onion 50 g |
| egg yolk 1 pc |
| garlic 1 clove |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| butter 30 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| red pepper |
| grill seasoning |
| SAUCE: |
| homemade mayonnaise 100 g |
| ketchup 40 g |
| smoked paprika 1/2 tsp. |
Step 1
Beat the beans with a blender. Add grated onion and garlic, egg yolk, breadcrumbs, salt and spices. Stir.
Step 2
Form two cutlets and fry in vegetable oil until brown.
Step 3
Cut the buns in half and brown them in butter.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and coat the buns.
Step 5
Place a slice of cheese on the bottoms of the buns, then the cutlets, cheese again, lettuce and tomato slices.
Step 6
Season with black pepper, cover with the tops of the buns and serve. Enjoy.
