A traditional French breakfast - a delicate egg cocotte with ham

| cream cheese 90 g |
| hard cheese 90 g |
| egg 4 pcs |
| toasted bread 2 slices |
| butter 30 g |
| herbs 20 g |

| paprika |
| dried garlic |
| salt |
| black pepper |
Step 1
Cut the bread and ham into small cubes. Fry in butter until browned, season with salt and spices.
Step 2
Grease the cocotte pans with cream cheese, place an equal amount of breadcrumbs with ham, chopped herbs and grated cheese in them.
Step 3
Then beat an egg into each cocotte. Bake at 170° for 5-6 minutes. Bon appetit!
