Ingredients


eggs 4 pcs
anchovies 80 g
wheat bread 4 slices
melted butter 80 g
olive oil 30 ml
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Fry the bread in olive oil until browned.

Step 2

Boil the eggs hard-boiled.

Step 3

Grind the anchovies in a mortar and mix with the pepper and butter.

Step 4

Coat the croutons with this paste and serve with eggs, adding vegetables and herbs if desired. Bon appetit!
