Gordon Ramsay's Bloody Mary pasta recipe.
| spaghetti 240 g |
| chopped tomatoes pelatti 400 g |
| vodka 60 ml |
| red onion 100 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| Worcester sauce 50 ml |
| water 100 ml |
| olive oil 80 ml |
| coarse bread crumbs 40 g |
| parsley 10 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| chili sauce |
| salt |
| sugar |
| black pepper |
| ground celery |
Step 1
Fry the chopped onion and garlic in oil. Add salt, spices, sauces, sugar and fry for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Then pour in the vodka and set on fire to burn off the alcohol. Add the pelatti tomatoes, water, salt, stir and simmer the sauce for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the spaghetti in salted water and oil until al dente and combine with the sauce.
Step 4
Crumble the breadcrumbs, fry a little in olive oil, then mix with the chopped parsley and sprinkle over the pasta. Enjoy.
