| raw pork sausages 300 g |
| sweet pepper 100 g |
| red onion 90 g |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| long-grain rice 150 g |
| white dry wine 120 ml |
| chicken broth 350 ml |
| tomatoes 150 g |
| green onion 10 g |
| parsley 10 g |
| olive oil 20 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| paprika |
| red pepper |
Step 1
Steam the rice.
Step 2
Chop onion, garlic and sweet pepper and fry in oil until brown.
Step 3
Increase the temperature and add the minced sausage to the vegetables. Fry a little, season with salt and spices.
Step 4
Sieve the rice, then put it in the pan and fry a little. Pour in the wine and stock, stir and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
Step 5
After a while add chopped tomatoes and herbs. Bon appetit!
