Rice with sausages according to Gordon Ramsay's recipe

Ingredients


raw pork sausages 300 g
sweet pepper 100 g
red onion 90 g
garlic 2 cloves
long-grain rice 150 g
white dry wine 120 ml
chicken broth 350 ml
tomatoes 150 g
green onion 10 g
parsley 10 g
olive oil 20 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
paprika
red pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Steam the rice.

Step 2

Chop onion, garlic and sweet pepper and fry in oil until brown.

Step 3

Increase the temperature and add the minced sausage to the vegetables. Fry a little, season with salt and spices.

Step 4

Sieve the rice, then put it in the pan and fry a little. Pour in the wine and stock, stir and simmer for 12-15 minutes.

Step 5

After a while add chopped tomatoes and herbs. Bon appetit!
