Ground beef dip

Meat dish - dip (sauce) of ground beef baked under a coat of three kinds of cheese with tortilla chips.

Ingredients


ground beef 0.5 kg
onion 80 g
carrots 80 g
celery stalks 80 g
tomatoes 200 g
garlic 5 cloves
red dry wine 100 ml
tomato paste 75 g
grated mozzarella 100 g
parmesan crumbs 100 g
cream cheese 100 g
olive oil 40 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
sugar
black pepper
oregano
dried basil
red pepper
CHIPS:
tortillas 2 pcs
olive oil 15 ml
smoked paprika to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Chop the carrots, celery stalk, onion and garlic. Fry in oil.

Step 2

Put in the tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Then add the minced meat, red wine, sugar, and spices. Braise for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir and put into a mold.

Step 5

Top with the three cheese mixture. Bake at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Step 6

Cut the tortillas into triangles, brush with oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then let cool.

Step 7

Serve the sauce with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
