Step 1
Chop the carrots, celery stalk, onion and garlic. Fry in oil.
Step 2
Put in the tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes.

Then add the minced meat, red wine, sugar, and spices. Braise for 15 minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir and put into a mold.

Top with the three cheese mixture. Bake at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Cut the tortillas into triangles, brush with oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then let cool.
