Dip of mushrooms and porcini mushrooms with melted cheese

Step 1
Cut cleaned and washed porcini mushrooms into small pieces. Cook in salted water for 12-15 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the onion and garlic. Fry in a mixture of olive oil and half the butter. Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for 7 minutes.
Step 3
Fry the porcini mushrooms separately in the remaining butter and combine with the mushrooms. Pour in the brandy, season with thyme, fry for a few seconds, then add the cream and melted cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted.
Step 4
Then blend everything in a blender. If desired, serve the dip with slices of toasted baguette. Enjoy!
