For those who like everything new, unusual and interesting - Deep Fry Pizza with smoked meat and mozzarella in deep fryer.

| smoked meat 200 g |
| mozzarella 200 g |
| pelati tomatoes 250 g |
| olive oil 20 ml |
| wheat flour 20 g |
| vegetable oil (for frying) 1 liter |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| sugar |
| black pepper |
| dried basil |
| dried garlic |
| PIZZA DOUGH: |
| wheat flour (w/w) 125 g |
| olive oil 15 ml |
| dry yeast 6 g |
| warm water 100 ml |
| salt a pinch |
Step 1
Add the rest of the ingredients to the sifted flour and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour and a half.
Step 2
Dust the table with flour. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Form them into tortillas, prick them with a fork and deep-fry until browned.
Step 3
Mash the tomatoes with a blender. Add the olive oil, basil, garlic, salt, sugar and black pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Place the shortcakes on a parchment lined baking tray. Brush with tomato sauce. Place the sliced cured meats and grated cheese on top. Bake the pizzas for 5 minutes at 250℃. Enjoy.
