Exquisite pizza with pear, two kinds of cheese, nuts, rucola, oregano and béchamel sauce

Ingredients


BATTER:
wheat flour 175 g
warm water 125 ml
dry quick yeast 5 g
olive oil 15 ml
salt to taste
INGREDIENTS:
Béchamel sauce 100 g
hard pear 1 pc
blue mold cheese 80 g
grated mozzarella 80 g
chopped roasted walnuts 30 g
rucola 25 g
oregano to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Sift in the flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough. Leave it in a warm place under clingfilm for 40 minutes.

Step 2

Then roll out into a circle, place in a mold or on a baking tray, brush with béchamel sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella.

Step 3

Arrange the pear slices and blue cheese slices. Sprinkle with oregano.

Step 4

Bake the pizza at maximum temperature for 8-10 minutes.
