The queen of friendly gatherings - ham and cheese pizza on a zucchini crust

| pelati tomatoes 150 g |

Step 1
Preheat the oven to maximum along with a baking tray.
Step 2
Grate the zucchini, salt and set aside for a while.
Step 3
Then squeeze out the moisture with cheesecloth. Add the minced garlic, egg, mozzarella, flour, salt and spices and knead into a dough.
Step 4
Form a crust on a sheet of parchment and transfer to a heated baking tray. Bake at maximum temperature for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Mix the pelati tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper and dried basil in a blender. Then boil it down a little.
Step 6
Brush the crust with tomato sauce, place the ham slices, cherry halves and beaten eggs on it. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with parmesan.
Step 7
Bake the pizza for 8 minutes at 200 degrees. Drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
