Dessert pancakes with tender cottage cheese filling and heady cherries in port wine

| fresh-frozen cherries 300 g |
| port wine 150 ml |
| sugar 35 g |
| cinnamon 1 stick |
| vanilla sugar 10 g |

Step 1
Place the cherries in a saucepan, add the vanilla sugar, cinnamon, sugar and port wine. Reduce the liquid by half and allow the cherries to cool.
Step 2
Fill warm pancakes with cottage cheese mixture, place cherries on top, drizzle with cherry syrup. If desired, sprinkle with flaked almonds and powder. Bon appetit!
