Vareniki with prunes and crushed walnuts

| prunes 300 g |
| warm water 120 ml |

Step 1
Sift the flour, add the vegetable oil, salt and gradually pour in the water to make an elastic dough. Wrap it in clingfilm and leave it for 40-60 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Place the washed prunes in a blender bowl, pour in the water and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Roll out the dough, cut out rounds with a glass, moisten the edges with water, put a little filling in the center, fold in half and seal the edges.
Step 4
Cook the dumplings in salted water until they float.
Step 5
Season with vegetable oil and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. If desired, sprinkle with powder and decorate with mint leaves. Bon appetit!
