Dessert dumplings made of soft, airy dough on kefir with cottage cheese and wild berries sauce

Step 1
Prepare the dough: Mix the flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Gradually add the kefir and knead into a firm dough. Wrap in clingfilm and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce - mix cranberries and cranberries in a saucepan, add coriander and sugar. Bring the mixture to the boil and beat with a blender until smooth. Then simmer the sauce with the lid ajar for 5 minutes. After this time, add the honey, stir and allow the sauce to cool.
Step 3
Prepare the filling - mix cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar.
Step 4
Prepare the dumplings. Roll out the dough to 2 mm. Cut out rounds with a glass, moisten the edges with water, put the filling in the center of each, fold in half and seal the edges. Drop the dumplings into boiling salted water and cook for 1 minute after they float.
Step 5
Serve the dumplings with sauce and, if desired, with sour cream.
