Step 1
Combine the flour, egg yolk, egg, oil, salt and milk. Knead the dough, wrap in clingfilm and leave for 40-60 minutes.
Step 2
Fry the chopped onion in a mixture of vegetable oil and half the butter.
Step 3
Mix the meat with the carrots and fried onions. Add the remaining oil, pepper, salt and mix.
Step 4
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.5 mm and mold the dumplings with minced meat.
Step 5
Boil them in salted water (3-5 minutes after boiling).
