To prepare a Turkish salad called Giavurdagy, we will need the following ingredients:
| tomatoes 4 pcs |
| green capsicum 1-2 pcs |
| onions 1 pc |
| green onions 3-4 pcs |
| ground walnuts 1/2 cup |
| sumac 1 tsp. |
| TO TASTE: |
| parsley |
| fresh mint |
| olive oil |
| pomegranate sauce |
| salt |
Step 1
Finely chop the tomatoes and green chillies.
Step 2
Chop the onion as finely as possible and rub it with salt.
Step 3
Then finely chop the green onions and parsley.
Step 4
Put everything in a deep bowl.
Step 5
Add ground walnuts (the walnuts should not be too chopped), olive oil and pomegranate sauce.
Step 6
Add about 1 teaspoon of sumac and salt to taste.
Step 7
Mix and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Salad is ready. Bon appetit!
