If you have been to Georgia, you know that no feast is without this salad. Today we are preparing Georgian salad. Everything is according to the rules: cucumber, tomato, walnuts, chili pepper, onion and cilantro.

| wine vinegar 2 tbsp. |

Step 1
Cut the garlic clove in half and remove the core. Grind in a blender with the nuts or crush in a mortar.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the wine vinegar, salt and olive oil to make a nut sauce.
Step 3
Slice the onions into half rings and pour boiling water over them for a few minutes.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into large cubes and the chili peppers into rings. Add the onions.
Step 5
Snip the leaves off the basil and cilantro sprigs and add to the salad. Dress with the walnut dressing and mix.
