Dasha Malakhova today offers a savory recipe: steak, and to it a delicious apple sauce...
bone-in steak 2 pieces |
sage leaves (chop) |
apples (peel) 5 pieces |
cider |
vegetable oil |
butter |
salt |
pepper |
black bread (toast croutons) |
Step 1
Salt and pepper the steak and leave to marinate. Cut some of the apples into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil, lightly salt. Remove from the frying pan.
Step 2
Chop the other part of the apples and blend with the cider in a blender. Fry the resulting mass, then add the diced apples to it. Stir well and remove the sauce from the heat.
Step 3
In a separate pan, lightly fry sage in vegetable oil. Put the steaks in this oil and fry until cooked through. Serve the meat with apple sauce and croutons.
