Ingredients


wheat flour 250 g
leavening agent 5 g
eggs 4 pcs
grated hard cheese 150 g
bacon 100 g
ham 200 g
onions 150 g
olives (seedless) 200 g
white dry wine 150 ml
olive oil 120 ml
parsley 15 g
salt 1/2 tsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Combine the wine, olive oil, eggs, salt, sifted flour and baking powder and knead the dough.

Step 2

Chop the bacon and onion, fry in olive oil and allow to cool.

Step 3

Chop the ham, olives, parsley and add to the dough along with the cheese and bacon. Stir to combine.

Step 4

Transfer the dough into an oiled mold and bake at 180 degrees for 1,5 hours. Bon appetit!
