For baking fans, a flavorful cheese bread with bacon, ham and olives
wheat flour 250 g |

grated hard cheese 150 g |
bacon 100 g |
ham 200 g |
onions 150 g |
olives (seedless) 200 g |
white dry wine 150 ml |
olive oil 120 ml |
parsley 15 g |

Step 1
Combine the wine, olive oil, eggs, salt, sifted flour and baking powder and knead the dough.
Step 2
Chop the bacon and onion, fry in olive oil and allow to cool.
Step 3
Chop the ham, olives, parsley and add to the dough along with the cheese and bacon. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Transfer the dough into an oiled mold and bake at 180 degrees for 1,5 hours. Bon appetit!
