Everybody loves hot dogs. And if they are cooked by hand, and even on the grill ... It's the best. Today we bake sausages in jamon and serve them in warm buns with tomato salsa.

Step 1
Pierce the sausages in several places with a toothpick to prevent them from bursting when baked. Wrap in jamon strips and bake on the grill grate.
Step 2
Cut off the top of the red onion and with a teaspoon gently pull out the center to create an onion barrel. Place it on the grill so that the onion also browns a little.
Step 3
Finely chop the core of the onion and transfer to a bowl.
Step 4
Cut open the tomato and remove the seeds. Finely chop the pulp and add to the onion.
Step 5
Add the finely chopped parsley leaves to the vegetables, salt, season with a little olive oil and mix.
Step 6
Remove the onion drum from the grill and place the salsa in it.
Step 7
Slice the hot dog buns and lightly toast them on the grill. Brush with mustard and lay out the cooked sausages.
Step 8
Serve with the salsa.
