As a cold appetizer - turkey burger with melted cheese in a spicy-sweet mustard-honey glaze
turkey fillet 1 kg |

paprika 1 tsp. |

Step 1
Dissolve salt and sugar in water, put the turkey fillets in the solution, put a sponge on top and put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 2
Prepare the glaze. Combine the crushed garlic, olive oil, mustard, honey and paprika in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 3
Blot the turkey fillets with a paper towel, make several longitudinal cuts in the fillets and place them in a foil-lined dish.
Step 4
Stuff the meat with cheese, well connect the edges, pour the glaze over the top and wrap tightly in foil. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 5
Then move the meat to an oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Step 6
After the time is up, unwrap the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until browned. Afterwards, take the boujenina out of the oven and let it cool completely.
Step 7
If desired, serve the dish with horseradish, mustard and wassabi.
