Flavorful pork apple bacon in mustard glaze

Ingredients


pork apple 1-1,5 kg
apple juice 300 ml
salt (sea salt) 10 g
dried garlic 1 tsp.
paprika 1 tsp.
black pepper 1 tsp.
thyme 1 tsp.
GLAZURE:
mustard (not spicy) 50 g
apple cider vinegar 70 ml
honey 80 g

Instructions


Step 1

Make grid-shaped incisions on the surface of the meat and then, using a syringe, spritz it with apple juice. Mix black pepper, paprika, thyme, dried garlic, salt and rub the meat with this mixture. Bake at 175 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Step 2

After the time has elapsed, prepare the mustard glaze. Mix the mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, smear over the boujenina and place in the oven for another 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy.
