veal loin 600-700 g
sour cream 200 g
carrots 1 pc
olive oil
garlic 2 cloves
thyme a few sprigs
bay leaf
black pepper
salt

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare the marinade by blending the sour cream, garlic, thyme, black pepper, 1-2 bay leaves and salt in a blender.

Step 2

Peel the carrots and cut them into small bars.

Step 3

Stuff the meat with the carrots, making small incisions. Coat with the marinade.

Step 4

Grease a baking tray with olive oil, place the meat and bake until cooked through.

Step 5

Serve a slice of boujenina on toasted black bread with butter and herbs.
