Tender cheesecakes with chocolate according to Andrei Dromov's recipe
fat-free cottage cheese 300 g |
yolks 2 pcs |
wheat flour 40 g |
sugar 40 g |
vanilla sugar 10 g |
milk chocolate with nuts 40 g |
vegetable oil 50 ml |
Step 1
Combine flour, cottage cheese grated through a sieve, yolks, vanilla sugar and sugar.
Step 2
Knead the dough, dust with flour and divide into 4 portions. Form the cheesecakes by placing a chocolate cube in each one.
Step 3
Fry in oil on both sides until brown, then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes. Bon appetit!
