cottage cheese 250 g |
flour 50 g |
sugar 50 g |
salt 1 g |
vanilla 1/4 pod |
eggs 2 pcs |

Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar, add salt and the insides of a vanilla stick.
Step 2
Mix cottage cheese with the egg mixture and, gradually adding sifted flour, knead the dough for the cheesecakes. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 3
There are two options for frying — in a frying pan or in a deep fryer in the form of balls. In either case, roll the cheesecakes in flour beforehand.
Step 4
Serve with sour cream, fresh strawberries, jam or condensed milk.
