Step 1

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Step 2

Add the yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and a tablespoon of flour. Mix well.

Step 3

Dust the table with the remaining flour, roll the curd into a "sausage" and cut into 10 equal pieces.

Step 4

Form cheesecakes, roll each one in flour and fry in vegetable oil until golden on both sides.

Step 5

Place the cheesecakes on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.

Step 6

Serve with sour cream, jam and honey. Decorate with mint and flowers if desired.
