Step 1
Try to find a softer tofu, as it will help your cheesecakes to be more airy. Combine tofu with sugar, add vanilla seeds, mix well and form our cheesecakes.
Step 2
Dip each cheesecake for a second in a small amount of flour and fry in corn oil until golden.
Step 3
Place the finished cheesecakes on a plate and serve with vegan sour cream and fresh berries.
