polenta 240 g
wheat flour 240 g
kefir 360 ml
eggs 2 pcs
soft butter 150 g
sugar 15 g
baking soda ½ tsp.
salt ½ tsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Mix the dry and liquid ingredients separately, then combine and mix until smooth.

Step 2

Grease a pan with oil, with a diameter of 24-26 cm, place the batter in it and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Bon appetit!
