 
Zucchini rolls with duck and unagi sauce
| duck fillet 80 g | 
| zucchini 50 g | 
| virgin olive oil | 
| thyme | 
| rosemary | 
| garlic | 
| salt, pepper to taste | 
| microgreens for decoration | 
| unagi sauce | 
Step 1
Salt and pepper the duck breast, fry in a dry pan without adding fat.
Step 2
Add a sprig of rosemary, thyme and garlic to the meat.
Step 3
Spread the spices evenly and place in an oven preheated to 180 C for 7 minutes. Select the duck baking program.
Step 4
When the meat is ready, take it out of the oven and cut into 1x1 cm cubes.
Step 5
Slice the zucchini slices lengthwise and grill the pieces. Place the grill directly on an induction hob that recognizes the diameter of the cookware.
Step 6
Wrap the duck cube in the zucchini to form a roll, garnish with microgreens if desired. Serve with unagi sauce and truffle oil.
