Ingredients


9% fat cottage cheese 250 g
Egg 1 egg
Egg yolk 1 pc.
Sugar 3 tbsp.
Flour 80 g
Vanilla pod

Instructions


Step 1

Combine cottage cheese, egg, one egg yolk and sugar, mix well.

Step 2

Add the flour to the mixture and mix to a uniform dough without lumps.

Step 3

Add the contents of the vanilla pod.

Step 4

Form into small balls and press down with a spoon.

Step 5

Bake in a heated frying pan with a little butter until golden.
