Fried chicken breast with zucchini relish sauce

Ingredients


chicken breasts (250 g each) 2 pieces
chicken broth 150 ml
white dry wine 80 ml
olive oil 20 ml
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
RELISH SOUCE:
zucchini 250 g
onions 120 g
sweet pepper 150 g
green chili pepper 1 pc
apple cider vinegar 300 ml
sugar 200 g
cornstarch 1/2 tsp.
mustard seeds 2 tsp.
turmeric 1/2 tsp.
nutmeg 1/3 tsp.
salt to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare the sauce. Finely dice the vegetables. Season with salt and set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

Step 3

Strain the chopped vegetables from excess moisture, put them in the boiling mixture and simmer for 30 minutes. Then allow the sauce to cool.

Step 4

Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper and fry in oil until browned. Alternately pour in and evaporate the stock and wine, turning the fillets several times.

Step 5

Serve with the relish sauce. Enjoy.
