Ingredients


herring 80 g
mussels in oil 80 g
cream cheese 400 g
rye toast 4 pieces
fresh cucumber 40 g
radish 2 pcs
hard-boiled egg 1 pc
sweet and sour apple 1/2 pc
green onion 5 g
dill 5 g
black olives 40 g

Instructions


Step 1

Combine the chopped cucumber, olives and dill with the cheese. Stir.

Step 2

Spread the cheese spread on the toast. Arrange the sliced egg, radish, apple, herring and mussels on top.

Step 3

Sprinkle with chopped onions. Bon appetit!
