| Hanusi cottage cheese 1 kg | 
| sugar 1 cup | 
| eggs 7 pcs | 
| butter 1/2 packet | 
| cream pudding 1 packet | 
| rum flavoring (optional) | 
| semolina 2 tsp. | 
| raisins 100 g | 
Step 1
Line the mold with shortbread dough or cookie dough.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and sugar to form a fluffy mass, add the butter and, while beating, add the curd mixture, pudding, semolina, flavoring and raisins.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 to 200 °C.
