Flavorful and colorful BBQ beans with bacon and ground beef

Ingredients


boiled red beans 450 g
onions 120 g
garlic 2 cloves
bacon (or smoked sirloin) 100 g
ground beef 200 g
chicken broth 400 ml
soy sauce 80 ml
ketchup 100 g
light mustard 30 g
honey 40 g
vegetable oil 20 ml
smoked paprika 10 g
parsley 10 g
cilantro 10 g
TO TASTE:
fresh chili pepper
salt
black pepper
coriander

Instructions


Step 1

Chop bacon, onions, garlic and fry in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Add minced meat and fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Then add chopped chili pepper, salt, ground black pepper, smoked paprika, coriander, soy sauce, chicken broth, ketchup, honey, mustard and beans.

Step 4

Cover the skillet with a lid and braise at medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes.

Step 5

Serve the barbecue beans with chopped greens! Enjoy!
