Flavorful and colorful BBQ beans with bacon and ground beef
| boiled red beans 450 g |
| onions 120 g |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| bacon (or smoked sirloin) 100 g |
| ground beef 200 g |
| chicken broth 400 ml |
| soy sauce 80 ml |
| ketchup 100 g |
| light mustard 30 g |
| honey 40 g |
| vegetable oil 20 ml |
| smoked paprika 10 g |
| parsley 10 g |
| cilantro 10 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| fresh chili pepper |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| coriander |
Step 1
Chop bacon, onions, garlic and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add minced meat and fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Then add chopped chili pepper, salt, ground black pepper, smoked paprika, coriander, soy sauce, chicken broth, ketchup, honey, mustard and beans.
Step 4
Cover the skillet with a lid and braise at medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
